Do It Online

GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:

  • book or cancel appointments online
  • renew or order repeat prescriptions online
  • view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results

You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. More information including “how to” leaflets and videos of patients and why they are using GP online services are available at

How to sign-up

For more information, please contact reception or next time you visit the surgery, Please fill the following Disclaimer Form Online Access Form and bring with you a piece of photo ID (passport, driving licence). If you don’t have these, please talk to us and we will help you sign-up.

Please note if you have tried more than 5 times with incorrect Login details, your account will be suspended due to security reasons. You are not able to access this outside of UK.

If you are experiencing any login problems with your account, please contact the surgery.

Online Services Records Access:

If you wish to, you can now use the internet to look at your medical record on-line, including test results.

Before you apply for on-line access to your record, there are some things to consider and before access is granted you will be asked to confirm that you have read and understood issues such as:

  • Forgotten history
  • Abnormal results or bad news
  • Choosing to share your information with someone 
  • Coercion
  • Misunderstood information
  • Information about someone else
