Book a GP appointment using e-consult

There are a number of different ways you can see your GP to discuss your health and wellbeing. After receiving your e-consult it will be triaged by the team who will offer you the most appropriate clinician to deal with your request.  They may send you a message, contact you by phone or ask you to attend for a face to face appointment depending upon your needs.  We aim to respond same day where possible and urgent or emergency e-consult requests will always be prioritised.

Face to Face Consultation

If your GP feels you would benefit from a face to face appointment they will contact you to arrange this after reviewing your information on your e-consult form.

Telephone Consultation

Your GP may call you to check some of the information on your e-consult or to ask you some additional questions or discuss your care with you.

Video Consultation

Our GPs use a system called Accurx which allows them to video call you via a secure link.  They can also send you a link for you to submit photos if they feel this would be helpful.  Any information submitted is completely secure and totally confidential.
